The snowflake pattern below, "Sapphire Web", is a quick demo I drew for my grandmother. It's too small for a print-on-demand piece, but it's pretty enough that I still wanted to share it. :)
I had so much fun creating "Flight Over Flowers of Fantasy" that I wanted to draw another pattern like it. Much of this pattern was made with a touchpad while riding as a passenger on bumpy roads - thank goodness for stroke stabilizer!
I made the background of this image simpler than the heavily textured one I used for "Flight Over Flowers of Fantasy", because the latter experience taught me that intricate textures take up a LOT of file space and processing power. The flat background and resulting relative lack of lag certainly made the drawing process easier!
The blue one below came first, then I adapted it into the other versions.
