New Symmetrical Pattern: Regal Scales

I wanted to try another scaled pattern, like "Earthen Scales, Golden Streams" and "Golden Diamonds, Rainbow Void", but with curved shapes and a more intricate pattern on each scale this time. I started with the single-scale version above, then turned it into the overlapping pattern below.
